Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำ Invoice , Bill Note , Tax invoice , Receipt พร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชี
2.ประสานงานกับคู่ค้าเพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้องของรายการเรียกเก็บก่อนมีการวางบิล
3.วางบิลไปยังคู่ค้าตามกำหนดระยะเวลาโดยเคร่งครัด
4.จัดทำใบแจ้งลดหนี้
5.สรุปยอดขายประจำเดือน
6.บันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้
7.สรุปยอดลูกหนี้คงเหลือประจำสัปดาห์
8.สรุปรายการเงินเข้าในแต่ละวัน
9.จัดทำรายงานต้นทุนประจำเดือน
10.จัดทำรายงานค่าคอมมิชชั่นของพนักงานขาย
11.ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
เวลาทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (จันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 8.00 - 17.00 น.)

- เพศหญิง
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชี
- ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชีได้
- ใช้โปรแกรม MS Office และโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสำนักงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ใช้อุปกรณ์สำนักงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- รักงานบัญชี, มีระเบียบวินัย, รอบครอบ, ขยัน, ซื่อสัตย์
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี, สุภาพเรียบร้อย
