Job Descriptions
1.Supply chain management, ensure supply can satisfy demand, inventory control, FCST/supply review. บริหารจัดการซัพพลายเชน เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ได้ / ควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง / ประมาณการณ์ความต้องการ และ ตรวจสอบอุปทาน
2.Price, L/T, MOQ data maintenance. บริหารจัดการด้านราคา การรับประกัน และ คอยตรวจสอบจำนวนขั้นต่ำของวัตถุดิบที่ต้องสั่งเข้ามา
3.Weekly PO release/cancel/reschedule control, payment arrangement. ออกหรือยกเลิกใบสั่งซื้อประจำสัปดาห์ / ปรับเปลี่ยนตารางการควบคุม / บริหารจัดการด้านการชำระเงิน
4.RMA process. ดูแลกระบวนการขออนุมัติรับหรือคืนสินค้า
5.Other buyer operations and tasks. ทำงานด้านอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้ซื้อ
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above.Major in Business Administration IE/Economics relevant/ Administration relevant.
- 1~2 years work experience is preferred. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is plus. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ดีทั้ง ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Good communication skill, able to work proactively and effectively with teamwork spirit. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- Able to thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment. สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความกดดันสูง
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Outlook Excel และ Word ในการทำงาน
- English Resume is required. รับเฉพาะเรซูเมjภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น
