Job Descriptions
RESPONSIBILITY ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ - Improve customer service experience, create engagement - Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution - Planning, coordinating and monitoring the customer case - Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis - Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis - Keep ahead of company's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement - จ-ส 09.00-18.00 น. (WFH 3-4 วัน / 6 วัน) - ตอบแชทลูกค้าผ่าน Lazada หรือ Shopee ให้ข้อมูลสินค้า ปรึกษาปัญหาการใช้งาน รวมทั้งส่งเรื่องเคลม - รับผิดชอบและติดตามถึงปัญหาของลูกค้า ประสานงานเคลม คืน สินค้ากับฝ่ายโกดังและฝ่ายเคลม - รวบรวมข้อมูลสถิติรายวันมรายสัปดาห์รวมไปถึงรายเดือน เพื่อรายงานเคสต่างๆในแต่ละสัปดาห์ - ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือผู้มีประาบการณ์ตอบแชท หรือ แอดมิน 1-2 ปี - มีทีม CS ช่วยสอนงาน สวัสดิการ ประกันสังคม วันลาพักร้อน Incentive (เมื่อทำงานครบ1ปี ได้ตามไตรมาส)
Qualifications
  1. Male-Female diploma degree or bachelor degree
  2. At least 1 - 3 years experienced in Customer Service
  3. Have communicate skills, human relations at work, service-minded
  4. Have patience to solve problems immediately
  5. Able to work together as a team positive, attitude and lively and friendly
  6. Able to use Thai language correctly
  7. Good computer skill including Google Suite / Microsoft Office
  8. Good command of English will be advantage
  9. เพญ:ชาย-หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 27 ปี จบการศึกษาในระดับปวช./ปวส./ปริญญาตรี
  10. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานขั้นต่ำอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี หรือนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  11. มีทักษะในการเจรจา ติดต่อสื่อสาร มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน มีใจรักงานบริการ
  12. ตรงต่อเวลา มีความอดทน แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
  13. ทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้ มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกและเป็นมิตร
  14. สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยได้อย่างถูกต้อง
  15. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Google Suite / Microsoft Office / Excel
  16. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เบื้องต้นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  17. ทำงานวันจันทร์-เสาร์ เวลา 9.00-18.00 น. (WFH 3-4 วันต่อสัปดาห์)
  18. มีประสบการณ์ตอบแชทใน Lazada Shopee จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
