ต้องการผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ขายคอนโด/แนวสูง (อสังหาริมทรัพย์) เท่านั้น Job Responsibilities: - ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาเยี่ยมชมโครงการ - สอบถามข้อมูลลูกค้า ความต้องการ เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลการขาย - พาลูกค้าเยี่ยมชมโครงการ และให้ข้อมูลของโครงการ/ห้อง ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ครบถ้วน - นำเสนอข้อมูลการขาย ราคา ของโครงการ - ติดตามลูกค้าเพื่อปิดการขาย - บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าเข้าสู่ระบบ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาต่อไป

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Very good manner and personality.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good command of speaking, writing and listening in English.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing for residential project or the property industry would be an advantage.
Experience in selling luxury condominium is a plus.
