Job Descriptions
• ดำเนินการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคคลให้ทันตามความต้องการของบริษัทฯ • นัดหมาย สัมภาษณ์ คัดเลือก และนำส่งสัมภาษณ์กับหน่วยงานที่ร้องขอ • จัดหาแหล่งข่าวสาร แหล่งประชาสัมพันธ์ตำแหน่งงานว่าง และประสานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง • จัดทำเอกสารการว่าจ้าง ประเมินงานทดลองงาน • จัดทำข้อมูล รายงาน สถิติพนักงานเข้าออกเพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบ KPI ประจำเดือน • ประสานงานต้นสังกัด หน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายนอกและภายใน • งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
  2. มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี ขึ้นไป (หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีทักษะด้านการเจรจา คล่องแคล่ว มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี เป็นคนรุ่นใหม่ ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ทั่วไปได้ดี คล่องแคล่ว
  5. (หากเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
