Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities • Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments and handling various PE affairs in the daily production of the workshop • Arrange and guide all subordinate members to complete various daily tasks, including follow-up of trial production of new models, fixture design\acceptance\proofreading, proofreading prototype production and process exception handling, etc. • Responsible for the analysis and handling of major production processes or quality accidents with relevant personnel, such as project engineers, and proposing effective control measures and solutions • Assist the quality department in handling customer complaints and lead its members to complete various improvement projects • Responsible for organizing personnel in the department to carry out business learning and assessment and report related work to the superior • Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superiors

Qualifications

College degree or above/major in electronic or mechatronics
Male/Female age between 25～35 years old
More than 3 years of experience in PE management in electronics manufacturing
Fluency in Thai/English, speaking Chinese is preferred
Familiar with the principle of electronic circuits, proficient in PCBA production process and flow
Quick response, good at communication, proficient in engineering design software such as Autocad, Protel, PowerPCB
6 working days a week
