Job Descriptions
1. วางแผน กำกับดูแล การให้บริการของเภสัชกรในการจ่ายยาและเวชภัณฑ์ แก่ผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยใน และการให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้ป่วย
2. ควบคุมดูแล ประสานงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทางราชการและหน่วยงานภายใน-ภายนอก
3. กำกับดูแลการบันทึกข้อมูล การจัดทำเอกสาร รายงานต่างๆ
4. บริหาร Inventory ยาและเวชภัณฑ์
5. งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ชาย / หญิง จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาเภสัชศาสตร์
- มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมแล้ว
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานเภสัชกรในโรงพยาบาลอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- บุคลิกดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส รักงานบริการ
