Job Descriptions
- Explore the opportunity to expand business from the assigned customer account. - Proactively find new target customers and acquire new business. - Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers. - Conduct regular (weekly) customer visits and present KLLTH overall business. - To do Sales activities both Air and Sea Freight, as well as related services products concerned, i.e., customs brokerage, warehouse, cross border, transportation, etc. - Prepare, handle and submit quotation, rate, inquiries, tender, RFQ, RFI and special projects. - Conduct internal weekly/monthly meetings for instruction new acquired business to the Operation Team. - Prepare weekly and monthly report, opportunity pipeline report, weekly planning report, sales visit report, quotation issuance and other related reports. - Follow up with customer and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements. - Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties. - Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling. - Other responsibilities as per Company/Manager’s Assignment. **Work on 8.30 - 17.30 (Mon-Fri)** *** Only English resume will be considered ***
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female with Thai nationality only.
  2. Age between 24 - 35 years old.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
  4. At least +2 years of experience as Sales Representative/Coordinator/Customer Service in freight forwarder or Logistics fields.
  5. Good command in English (TOEIC score 600 up will be advantage)
  6. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  7. Knowledge in Incoterms and Logistics (Air/Ocean cargo and import/export, etc.)
  8. Positive attitude, service-minded, good personality, cooperativeness and hard-working.
  9. Can make good relationship with customer.
  10. Can work under pressure well.
  11. Own car and driving license are a must.
