Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: -Organized and develop training course and standard plan for internal/external company -Maintain a database of all training materials -Be a trainer of training support as assigned -Make, prepare a develop training material, Yanmar news, tools, and other general duties for training -Be a window person to collect information from Yanmar Japan Japan and control data, always keep updating information and share to YSP internal and distribute to external company -Evaluate and analysis aster training to develop training course to be efficiency and modern -Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedule costs, and equipment -Make a report to management by weekly and monthly and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Agricultural or related filed
1-2 Years’ experience in Technical Service, After sales service, Trainer, or related field will be advantage
New graduated are welcome
Good communication skill in speaking, reading, and writing English, TOEIC Score 450 up will be advantage
Can operate MS. Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to travel and work in upcountry
Can drive manual pickup car and having a driving license
