Job Descriptions
-วางแผนและวิเคราะห์การทำงานของฝ่ายผลิตในแต่ละหน่วยให้สอดคล้องและผลิตทันกับเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ -ถอดแบบการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามสเปคที่ลูกค้ากำหนด -จัดทำWI กำหนดมาตรฐานการผลิต -จ่ายงานให้กับฝ่ายผลิตในแต่ละหน่วย และควบคุมการทำงานให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ -พัฒนากระบวนการผลิต อาทิเช่น 7wastes / Lean process /Kaizen / OEE etc. -กำหนดและควบคุม takt time / cycle time / standard time / Balance Line ผลิต -ดูแล กระบวนการ 5ส / PDCA ในฝ่ายผลิต -แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆในฝ่ายผลิต -พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีคุณภาพ/มาตรฐานดีขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง -ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆเพื่อให้ฝ่ายผลิตได้งานที่ตั้งตามเป้าหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ชาย - หญิง อายุ 25-35ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ,เครื่องกล,คณิตวิทย์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในฝ่ายโรงงานและควบคุมการผลิต อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  4. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ MS Excel / Google Sheet
  5. สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแสดงผลเป็น Dashboard
  6. มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์/แก้ปัญหา
  7. มีความทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สามารถริเริ่มและพัฒนาปรับปรุงระบบการทำงานได้
  8. มีทักษะการใช้ระบบ ERP
  9. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  10. ทำงานประจำจันทร์-เสาร์ II 7:30-16:30
