Job Description: - Good Command in English - Experience in Ocean Inward Shipment - Preparation of quotation for customers - Other documents related to the import shipment - Liaise with the shipping lines, agent and other relevant inside and outside - To advise cargo readiness to overseas network agents and follow up shipment - To update import shipment status to customer - To review shipping documents as well as provide overseas agent the instruction of B/L draft - To send B/L draft to customer or shipping team to confirm - To solve operational problem and decision if any cases - Other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor / Salesman

Qualifications

Male / Female, age 23 and above (Must have Inward or Outward Experience)
Experience or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Logistics
Good interpersonal and personality / love of service / Work in a Team
Good command of English communication is a must (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
Knowledge to use computers / IT Systems
Experience in Sales: International Shipping / Freight Forwarder will be an advantage
