Job Descriptions
Job Purpose Responsible for improving/maintaining product line performances, quality enhancement to promote production yield plan and utilize effective available resources as well as minimize various product cost. Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction company goals. Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Supervises and manages a team of supervisors to achieve production objectives. 2. Plans and organizes the productive structure to suit with production objectives. 3. Works with section concerned such as process engineer and quality engineer in order to improve the quality process and yield. 4. Provides optimum headcount in responsible area. 5. Implement effective methods to eliminate production problems in his/her responsible area. 6. Provides accurate effective data and highlight unusual matter to high level 7. Motivates and supervise subordinates with regarding full to achieve the effective teamwork, good moral and attitude. 8. Provides subordinates on production knowledge and management. 9. Coordinates with other section concerning production activities. 10. Ensures a good housekeeping, environment cleanliness and safety regulation. 11. Scrap and inventory controlling. 12. Knows your customer's expectations and drive action to meet them. 13. Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor/leader
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor or higher in engineering or related.
  2. Experience: +5 Years, +3 years , 0-3 years in multinational manufacturing environment (EMS).
  3. English skill
  4. Knowledge in WI, Planning, Leadership, Motivation
  5. Knowledge in production control plan, people management skills, CI activities.
  6. Able to work 6 days per week and working in shift.
  7. Able to work 4 off 2 days per week and working in shift.
  8. Able to work night shift.
  9. Strong in planning skills also knowledge in oracle system is advantage.
