Type of Business: a Japanese company specializing in furniture and home furnishings retail. The company operates retail stores in Thailand, selling a variety of home products, including furniture, home decor, bedding, and household essentials. Work location : Bangkok (BTS Siam) Position : Business Development & Marketing (30372) Job Description : - Conduct market research to identify new business and revenue opportunities by analyzing industry trends. - Read M&E drawings and schematic designs for coordination purposes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with the mall management team. - Manage and update documents related to sales, marketing, and business development. - Assist with marketing and promotional projects as assigned by the marketing lead. - Support store creative setups during campaigns (e.g., store openings, year-end sales). - Actively participate in promotions and campaigns to achieve desired results. - Collaborate with teams across marketing, retail, and operations. - Gather feedback and share it with the marketing lead. - Be adaptable, handle multiple tasks, and try new ideas to drive sales and traffic. - Work independently, resourcefully, and responsibly to complete projects and exceed goals. - Provide strategic direction and clear communication to retail visual designers. - Plan and execute work to meet tight deadlines and offer support when needed. - Work as part of the Marketing & EC Team. 【Allowance & Benefit】 - Social Insurance - Transportation Allowance - Perfect Attendance Allowance - Employee Discount - Japanese Course (Only selected by company) - Bonus 【Working Hour】 - Monday-Friday 8.30-17.30

Qualifications

Any Gender, Age 25-35 Years old
More than 5 years of marketing experience in the Thai retail industry or mall management company
English: Conversational level, able to handle emails
Japanese: N2 or higher will be advantage (able to communicate and handle emails with Japanese clients)
Basic proficiency in Illustrator
Willing to travel domestically
