Job Descriptions
- การติดตั้งและการทำงานของเครื่องเชื่อมลวดด้วยความเร็วและความแม่นยำสำหรับการประมวลผลและการทดสอบชิ้นส่วนที่มีปริมาณมาก
- รับผิดชอบในกระบวนการประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ die attach การจัดตำแหน่งแบบแอ็คทีฟ และกระบวนการคัดแยกแม่พิมพ์
- ดูแลกระบวนการ Passive assembly, die bonding, wire bonding
- ระบุและรายงานความเบี่ยงเบนของกระบวนการต่อหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย/หญิง
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 - 5 ปี ในเรื่อง Die Bonding
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้ หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับงาน Optical Transciver จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
