- Be a window person for customers and coordinate with other related department - Analyze quality claim from customers and reply to customers - Drive, follow up and monitor that countermeasure against quality claim is done - Make a daily, weekly and monthly report and submit to the superior - Conduct a basic training program for QA/QC members and other related members - Assist QA Team in carry out internal audit and external audit in accordance to quality system; ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 - Supervise subordinate to comply with company regulations strictly - Perform other duties which may be required by company
- Male or Female, age 25-35 years up
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science
- At least 3 years working experience in Quality Assurance at manufacturing company especially in Customer Service Function
- Have knowledge about ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Core Tools, 5 Why Analysis, DOE and 8D Report
- Good command of English
- Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook Express
- Can travel to upcountry or overseas for company business purpose
