Equipment Technician
Position Responsibilities
- Take care of machine/equipment to be run as high performance and good condition.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance for SMT machines according to PM schedule from Engineer.
- Creative and improve machine troulble shooting and/or preventive maintenance activity to keel:
machine performance at the highest level.
- Product set up, change model, hand on suppport New product introduction launch in production line
which advise from engineers.
- Minimize spare pails expense and find out the good method to extend the part for cost saving.
- Qualify and train operator and/or trainer for machine operation section.
- Keep clean in responsible area for the housekeeping.
- Available to work overtime according to company requirement and PM schedule.
- Fixed the problem to be on time as commitment.
- Work as assignment from engineer which may scope on project and period of time.
ICT Technician
Position Responsibilities
- Builds samples of functional testers in conformity with designs and specifications.
- Builds and maintains burn-in racks, trays, and power supply to cover specification requirements.
- Performs preventive maintenance and calibration in conformity with calibration procedures.
- Repairs and maintains the testing equipment or functional testers.
- Supports production technicians to rework and debug failed boards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in electronics or other related field
- 0-5 year experience
- Good communication skills
