- Work closely with managers for HR duties - Provide executive secretarial and administrative support to the Expat GM - Liaise and maintain good communication with all Executives and HQ in Hong Kong - Able to handle multitasking and working under pressure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 2 years experience in PA role
Good command of English both speaking and writing, TOEIC score 700 and up
Service minded, result-oriented with “Can Do” attitude
Good computer literacy
Good command in Chinese would be an advantage
