Job Descriptions
Job Description : หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ •วางแผนการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาแต่ละส่วน ตามลำดับของงานตกแต่งภายนใน เพื่อให้งานเสร็จตามกำหนด •ทำความเข้าใจแบบ และปรึกษารายละเอียดกับผู้ออกแบบ ก่อนการเริ่มงาน •ควบคุมงานตกแต่งภายใน และผู้รับเหมาโครงการให้งานมีคุณภาพได้มาตรฐาน ตามขั้นตอนและตามแผนงาน • ถอดวัสดุและควบคุมการใช้วัสดุในงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามรายละเอียดและปริมาณที่กำหนด •ควบคุมสภาพแวดล้อมให้เหมาะสมกับการทำงานและมีมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย •ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและรายงานความก้าวหน้าของงานตามแผนงานก่อสร้างที่ได้รับมอบหมาย •เขียนแบบ Shop Drawing เพื่อการทำงานหน้างานตกแต่งภายใน •ร่วมประชุม และร่วมตรวจงานกับ ลูกค้า ที่ปรึกษาและผู้ออกแบบ •งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน้าที่ตามตำแหน่ง ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25- 35 ปี
  2. มีประสบการณ์ตรงในสายงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี. ขึ้นไป สาขาก่อสร้าง สถาปัตยกรรม/ตกแต่งภายใน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. สามารถเขียนแบบตกแต่งภายในด้วย Auto CAD ได้ดี
  5. ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS Office, Auto CAD และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
  6. มีภาวะผู้นำ คล่องตัว และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและระยะเวลาที่จำกัดได้
  7. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาหรือวันหยุดในบางวันได้
  8. สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
