Job Descriptions
- ปฏิบัติงาน (On duty) ในการรักษามาตรฐานร้าน และตัดสินใจเรื่องต่างๆ แทนผู้จัดการในแต่ละกะ - ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน และมีประสิทธิภาพ - สอนงานควบคู่กับผู้จัดการให้กับพนักงาน เพื่อให้ทุกคนสามารถบริการลูกค้า และแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องการบริการได้อย่างรวดเร็ว - ร่วมกันวางแผนจัดตารางการทำงานพนักงานในสาขาให้เพียงพอต่อการทำงานในแต่ละกะ - บริหารควบคู่ผู้จัดการเรื่องค่าใช้จ่าย ยอดสูญเสีย และสูญหาย ไม่ให้เกินจากที่บริษัทกำหนด - บริหารยอดขายควบคู่กับผู้จัดการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าที่บริษัทกำหนด - บริหารค่าใช้จ่าย ยอดสูญเสีย และสูญหาย ไม่ให้เกินจากที่บริษัทกำหนด - บริหารยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าที่บริษัทกำหนด
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปวส-ปริญญาตรี
  2. สามารถเข้างานเป็นกะได้ (06.00-15.00 น.,13.00-22.00 น.)
  3. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  4. อายุ 20-40 ปี
  5. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  6. มีใจรักงานบริการ
  7. เรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว
  8. สามารถปฏบัติงานสาขาอื่นๆได้ (ตามแผนการฝึก)
  9. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  10. ประสบการณ์ในสายงานค้าปลีกอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
