Job Descriptions
●Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
●Create functional specifications and design documents
●Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
●Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of solutions
●Provide ongoing support and training to users of the Salesforce platform
●Collaborate with other teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Analyst
- Experience in Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions is a plus
- Good command of English
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and good analytical skills
- Positive attitude, able to work hard, high responsibility and good teamwork
