Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิต 2.ควบคุมคุณภาพ, ปริมาณการผลิต และระยะเวลาในการผลิต 3.ควบคุมการใช้วัตถุดิบให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานและนำกลับมาใช้งานใหม่ 4.ตรวจสอบควมพร้อมของครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการผลิต 5.อบรมให้ความรู้ที่ถูกต้องแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับ 6.ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้ถูกต้องตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด 7.ปรับปรุงกรรมวิธีการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพที่ดีขึ้น 8.รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน,ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา 9.หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาอุตสาหกรรม , สาขาวิศวกรรมการผลิต ,หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์ขั้นต่ำ 3 ปีในด้านการผลิต และมีประสบการณ์ในการคุมลูกน้อง
  3. มีความเป็นผู้นำ แก้ไขเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  4. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้อย่างดี
  6. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ใน ระดับดี
  7. มีความอดทน สามารถสู้งานพร้อมลุยงานกับทีมงาน
