Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: - JPS Coordinator. - JPS BP implementation follow up. - Self Assessment and Gap analysis. - Reduce operation lead time/Lean flow operation setting. - Main leader of the In-house activity. - VSM/VSD Kaizen, MFO reduce operation lead time/Lean flow operation setting. - Implement Suggestion : In-house Jishuken activity. - Workshop Project : Advance Jishuken. - Workshop saving : JPTS-Joyson Project Tracking System - JPS Trainer - JPS Global Standard implementation. - 5S and Visual Standard Management. - Analyze and identify opportunities to reduce process variation, improve process capabilities and optimize process performance. - Develop process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity. - Facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results. **สามารถเริ่มงาน เดือนมกราคม 2567 ได้**

Qualifications

Male / Female only, 25 - 33 years of age, Bachelor of Engineering or higher in Sciences or related fields.
At least 2 years’ experience in supervisory level is a plus.
Can work full-time hours and may have to work longer hours or on weekends depending upon what kinds of production , Quality , Delivery or safety issues arise.
Good English communication skill, good coaching, and leadership techniques.
Good relationship, friendly, positive thinking
Knowledge of Quality Management, Safety Control, Project Management, etc. will be advantages.
Being proactive, result oriented and hands on, with ability to think logically, and to make decision with sound judgement.
Lean Manufacturing skill, TPS skill (Material and Information Flow Charts, Value Stream Mapping [VSM], etc.).
Problem solving skill, standardized, systematic thinking
Experience working with ISO / IATF16949 and ERP system
