Job Descriptions

- Coordinating with both internal and external parties (clients & overseas agents) to ensure services are handled efficiently - Prepare the sale order received from Sales and acknowledge to customer accordingly - Generating sales reports, scheduling and coordinating logistics, and processing customer invoices, price quotes and transactions. - Preparing and updating sale order tracking, report, sale activities, document filling, etc. - Preparing on project document support. - Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Manager other assigned action items. - Able to handle Customer Complain and coordinate internally to deliver solution or responsive action - Conduct and collect customer survey Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Sat)

Qualifications

Male / Female Age 25 - 35 years
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Import-Export Coordinator
Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, detail oriented, flexible and service mind
Computer literate in Microsoft Office, knowledge of ERP / SAP preferred
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
High responsibilities and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge in Import-Export documentation may be an advantage.
