Job Descriptions
Good day. Hi Talent everyone, We are hiring! Purchasing Officer Responsibilities: • Procure and sourcing raw material and packaging to be ensure that we receive all materials meet company standard. • Purchasing strategies are in place and promote value of business. • Summarize requisition report and supplier evaluation. • Prepare cost saving in monthly/yearly basis. • Audit suppliers based on company procedure. • Handle end to end process of procurement operation and project assignment.
Qualifications
  1. Gender: Any
  2. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields, MBA is desirable but not essential.
  3. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in purchasing field.
  4. Strong negotiation skill, problem solving and analytical thinkingChange Management, Communication skill, Problem Solving, Project Management
  5. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  6. Good teamwork and service mind.
  7. Demonstrate high attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
  8. Able to start work immediately will be advantage.
