Job Descriptions
1. Analyze, plan, and manage production control activities to improve runtime.
2. Review production plan to identify risks and communicate the same to Manager.
3. Plan inventory management technique to avoid any shortages and excesses.
4. Plan and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
5. Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems to meet business objectives.
6. Analyze customer orders and establish production schedules for timely delivery.
7. Review change orders and execute them appropriately.
8. Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions.
9. Ensure that staffs follow company policies and safety procedures.
10. Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for each job order.
11. Monitor the execution of job orders and adjust production schedule for timely delivery.
12. Work with materials, manufacturing and purchasing departments in identifying and resolving production planning problems.
Qualifications
- Male / Age between 25-35 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- At least more than 2 years of experience of manufacturing in automobile industry.
- Exceptional knowledge of PDCA cycle
- Deep knowledge of production launch
- Know five manuals required by IATF16949: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Outstanding ability to supervise work and manage work
