Job Descriptions
• Supporting general related issues with Microsoft products such as Office, Teams, and Outlook. • Supporting IP Phone and other Cisco products. • Supporting hardware and software of devices and applications from Servers, Desktops, and Laptops. • Supporting End users related to office devices such as printing machines, projectors, etc. • OS Support – Microsoft Windows 7,8, 10, 11. • Experience of SQL Server and Exchange Server 2016, Active Directory. • Managing the IT recycle programmer for the organization. • Being the first point of contact for staff on collection of new hardware and replaced hardware. • Managing and setting up new hardware, following IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  1. High Vocational or Higher degree in computer science or related fields.
  2. Experience 1-2 years as IT support in manufacturing environment.
  3. Knowledge and experience of installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows based environments.
  4. Strong experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (Ms. Office, Ms. Lync, Ms. Outlook, and SAP).
  5. Direct experience with OA systems is a plus.
  6. Good networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
  7. Able to work 6 days per week, and work overtime.
  8. Ability to travel to work by oneself.
  9. Fair command of English.
  10. Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
