Job Descriptions
- Check the quality of work of employees and analysis of preventive measures - Evaluate the performance of the employees - Coordinate between the organization and customers - Perform daily tasks such as reports with customers, handling escalations, queue assignment - Provide example case studies, and assist on any ad-hoc tasks - Stay up to date with policy - Issue to employee warning notice for employee's wrongdoing, such as unprofessional behavior, failure to adhere to company policies Benefit and Welfare - Mental Health Counseling Services - Social Security - Group Insurance (in case of passing probation for 119 days) - Relax Room - Prayer Room - Annual leave according to Job grade (increase according to working age) - Canteen - Beverage and Coffee Machine - Office Facilities - Activities within the company
Qualifications
  1. Experience: QA file sounds
  2. Skill & Knowledge: Root cause analysis and feedback, Fluent in English
  3. Age 22-35 years old
  4. Coaching skill
  5. Good communication skills in English
  6. Ability to use MS Office
  7. Ability to analyze and present
  8. Ability to coordinate between the organization and customers
  9. Able to work in shifts
  10. High responsibility and work well under pressure
