Customer Service-Warehouse (Ayutthaya) - Shift Work

Job Descriptions
• Coordinate with customer and warehouse staff to control cargo in-out.
• Perform WMS system to operate inbound and outbound transaction.
• Accuracy of incoming and outgoing document.
• Collect and record data of warehouse service activity in order to issue monthly billing to customer.
• Responsible in cycle count and monthly physical inventory counting.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
• To support 5S activity, HR activity and company policy.
• Perform to follow occupational health and safety policy and work instruction in company.
• To support Supervisor in order to achieve team’s KPI.
• Other related tasks as assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields
- Ability to communicate in English
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communicator and Service Minded
- Ability to work under pressure and high sense of responsibility
- Able to work on Saturday
- Able to work as Shift Work
