Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for all daily export shipments and make sure loading schedule in time 2. Following up the purchase confirmation from sale department for preparing export transactions 3. Checking freight to support quotation for rate inquiry and bidding shipments 4. Arrange all export documents as required by customers in a timely manner such as invoice, packing list 5. Coordinating with Forwarders and related sections to proceed export shipments smoothly 6. Coordinating and updating with werehous department about export loading plan 7. Completing customs procedure and making sure the correction of export declaration documents 8. Preparing Certificate Origin and confirming the document detail by customers required 9. Responsible for all chemical import shipments and re-turning emty gas tank to overseas vendor 10. Monitoring the expiration date of each chemical license and ensuring the liceince is renewed in manner time 11. Coordinate with carriers, shipping to ensure delivery safety transportatio in time 12. Making the payment pay for freight charges and clearing charge to shipping and ensure all payment are smoothly released 13. Summarizing the monthly /quarterly and yaerly transportation cost to report section manager 14. Solving unexpected of import issues 15 Performing various tasks of chemical import and export functions in order to work effectively

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Basic knowledge of customs formality, IEAT regulation, BOI privileges, Import taxes privilege.
Good command of English or Chinese is preferred.
Proficient in using of MS Office.
Good analytical, problem solving skill
Good team player and be able to work independently and proactively
