Job Descriptions
พนักงานบัญชี (ด้านจ่าย) - รับเอกสารและตรวจสอบเอกสารจากแผนกจัดซื้อ - บันทึกงานเข้าระบบโดยการตั้งหนี้ ตามใบสั่งซื้อ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและบันทึกบัญชี - ทำ PV จ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้ตามที่ตั้งหนี้ไว้ในระบบ AP,PI และส่งเอกสารให้แผนกการเงิน - ติดตาม รวบรวมเอกสารให้ครบเพื่อเก็บเข้าแฟ้มให้ Auditor ตรวจสอบ - รวบรวมใบกำกับภาษีฉบับจริง เพื่อกระทบยอดภาษีซื้อประจำเดือน (ภ.พ.30) - ตรวจสอบรวบรวมหนังสือรับรองภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เพื่อกระทบยอดนำส่งกรมสรรพากร (ภ.ง.ด.3,53) - ปรับปรุงรายการระหว่างกันของบริษัทในเครือ - บันทึกรายการทรัพย์สินต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทฯ - งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา พนักงานบัญชี (ด้านรับ) -ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี -ปิดภาษีขาย ปิดรายการบัญชีลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน สรุปยอดลูกหนี้ -บันทึกเกี่ยวกับการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้ -จัดเก็บเอกสารสำหรับ Audit ตรวจสอบ -งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 20-30 ปี ***ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่***
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชี
  3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานบัญชี ด้านรับ ด้านจ่าย จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ พิมพ์งานคล่อง สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms. Office Word, Excel ได้ดี
  5. มีความคล่องตัวในการทำงาน ประสานงานภายในและภายนอกได้ดี
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีน้ำใจต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน
