Job Descriptions
1. Setting competency and IDP for employees 2. Setting individual career paths for employees 3. Designing a talent management system Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs 4. Designing an education system for employees. 5. Designing and organizing workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities. 6. Responsible for the Development and implementation of training.
Qualifications
  1. Age: 28 - 34 years.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  3. At least 6 - 10 years experienced in HR function
  4. (Training, Set competency, career part, and IDP) with Good knowledge.
  5. Strong leadership and growth mindset.
  6. Good command of English and Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  7. Gender: Male or Female (Conscripted /ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)
  8. Language Skill: Good command for English bolt spoken and written.
  9. Have experience in doing competency and IDP will be considered as a special factor.
