Job Descriptions
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์การขาย และทีมขายเพื่อให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่มีการกำหนดร่วมกันกับบริษัท
- คุมเป้าทีมขาย และนำทีมให้ทำยอดขายได้ตามเป้าที่กำหนดไว้
- เทรนนิ่งทีมขายให้สามารถทำยอดได้ตามที่กำหนดไว้
- สามารถช่วยลูกทีมแก้ปัญหาได้
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีมขายอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีทักษะในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การเจรจาต่อรองและการโน้มน้าวที่ดี
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และรักงานบริการ
- สามารถใช้งานภาษาอังกฤษได้
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่
