We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Marketing Assistant Manager to join our skincare division. This role is responsible for developing compelling product concepts, leading go-to-market strategies, and managing KOL/influencer campaigns to ensure successful product positioning and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute product marketing strategies for skincare products, including product positioning, messaging, and consumer targeting.
•Lead the end-to-end process of product concept development by analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
•Collaborate closely with R&D and Product Development teams to ensure product concepts align with both brand direction and market demand.
•Own and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating across digital, retail, PR, and trade channels.
•Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs and influencers, ensuring brand-fit collaborations and campaign performance aligned with KPIs.
•Work with creative, digital, and content teams to develop effective marketing assets and communication strategies.
•Monitor and analyze campaign results, product performance, consumer feedback, and ROI to optimize future activities.
•Stay ahead of global and local skincare trends and competitor activity to proactively shape product and marketing strategies.
