Job Descriptions
1. ดำเนินการจัดซื้อสินค้าและบริการตามคำขอจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
2. จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. ประสานงานและติดตามงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ให้ส่งมอบสินค้าตรงเวลา
4. เปรียบเทียบราคา คัดเลือก และประเมินคุณภาพซัพพลายเออร์
5. จัดทำรายงานการจัดซื้อและดูแลเอกสารอย่างเป็นระบบ
6. งานธุรการจัดซื้ออื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานจัดซื้อ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง ประสานงาน และสื่อสารได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบ และความซื่อสัตย์
