Job Descriptions
Inventory : 1. Lead team in stock counting process. 2. Prepare and develop inventory analysis reports and analyze variances on monthly basis. 3. Responsible reconciliation of inventory accounts. 4. Coordinate with PC and Logistic team and IT to ensure completeness and proper record of activities related to inventory accounting system. 5. Develop the improvement of internal controls related to inventory policy. Costing: 1. Develop and maintain standard costing models. Fixed asset : 1. Prepare physical count schedules, coordinate with relevant department including follow up the results to ensure all procedure align with the fixed asset policy. 2. Reviewed the accuracy of accrual capex, depreciation, asset retirement, and impairment transactions. 3. Manage month end closing process to ensure to meet the timeline and accuracy. Budget: 1. Reviewed fixed and variable costs.
Qualifications
  1. Female age between 32 - 36 years old.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  3. Experience more than 7 years up working experience in Cost, Inventory or Fixed Asset.
  4. Knowledge of Accounting job and tax and low Cost , Inventory function.
  5. For Costing - Knowledge in Accounting software , BOM and Standard Cost.
  6. Good computer skill ( Word, Excel, Power Point ,Outlook)
  7. Good command of read and written English.
