Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนกลยุทธ์ และจัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาดระดับโครงการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น สื่อที่ใช้ งบประมาณ พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์ ตรวจสอบและสรุปแผนการต่างๆ ให้สามารถต่อยอดทางความคิดได้ 2. สำรวจตลาดและวิเคราะห์ คู่แข่ง สภาพการแข่งขันของตลาดในพื้นที่ทีดูแลได้ 3. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขาย การตลาด และลูกค้า เข้าใจใน Customer Profile / Customer Insight ของโครงการตัวเองได้ อย่างชัดเจน 4. วิเคราะห์ location analysis, Target Group analysis ได้ 5. รับผิดชอบการสร้างยอด walk ให้กับโครงการที่ดูแล ให้สามารถปิดการขายได้ 6. จัดแคมเปญ/กิจกรรมทางการตลาด เพื่อดึงดูดกลุ่มลูกค้าเก่า และสรรหากลุ่มลูกค้าใหม่ และช่วยส่งเสริมการขายเชิงรุก 7. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญาตรี/ปริญญาโท สาขาการตลาด, นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. ประสบการณ์ในสายงาน 7 ปี (ด้านการตลาดด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์)
  4. ทำงานเชิงรุกและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างดี
  5. สามารถเดินทางไปตามโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้
  6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งพูด-อ่าน-เขียน
  7. สามารถทำงานในสภาวกดดันและเร่งด่วนได้ / มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี / กระตือรือร้น / มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ / พร้อมเรียนรู้อยู่เสมอ / มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน อสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือ Business Development จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
