Job Descriptions
- ดูแลงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าและให้บริการอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้พักอาศัยหรือผู้มาติดต่อ - ประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เรียบร้อย - ดูแล และจัดระเบียบความเรียบร้อยพื้นที่ส่วนต้อนรับ โถงล็อบบี้ - แนะนำระเบียบการพักอาศัยให้กับผู้พักอาศัยใหม่ เช่น เจ้าของร่วมรายใหม่, ผู้เช่า - ให้ข้อมูลอาคารเบื้องต้นแก่ผู้มาติดต่อ พร้อมทั้งประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านการ บริการ หรือข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ - งานการสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสาร การรับหรือการจ่ายพัสดุจดหมายไปรษณีย์ - จัดทำทะเบียนการพักอาศัย สรุปการลงทะเบียน - ดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวกลูกค้าในเรื่องของพัสดุ - ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับหมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิ ปวช./ปวส.ขึ้นไป
  3. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้เป็นอย่างดีโดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Office
  4. มีใจรักงานด้านบริการ การประสานงาน บุคลิกและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
  5. สามารถปฏิบัติตาม Service Standard ของบริษัทฯได้
  6. มีประสบการณ์บริหารอาคารชุดที่พักอาศัย และหมู่บ้านจัดสรร อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
  7. สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน / สัปดาห์ได้
