Job Descriptions

1.Responsible for the daily operation and management of VIP users, and improve VIP user activity and loyalty. 2.Responsible for establishing contact with VIP users and maintaining stickiness, and recording their usage characteristics and habits through research and analysis. 3.Responsible for the execution of VIP user service processes, collecting and feedbacking the needs of VIP users

Qualifications

Female, Thai nationality, Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English or Chinese, able to communicate daily, and have no barriers to reading and writing
Those who have worked in customer service.Familiar with the local Internet and entertainment market, and those who understand pan-entertainment products such as social such as StarMaker/Smule/BIGOLIVE/KUMU/Uplive/MicoLive/Hiya/Superme/Yolo/Soulchill, etc.
Have strong interpersonal communication, coordination and negotiation skills
Proficient in basic office software skills, proactive in work.
Gentle personality, patience, and good communication skills, A sweet voice is a bonus;
Office working time: Monday to Friday 09.00am.-06.00pm.
