Job Descriptions

-Knowledge to use tools development eg.Crystal Report -Experience to support ERP system at Factory will be an advantage. ทำงานวันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,Information Technology or realated filds
At least 5 years working experience in IT System admin and support
Experience in Windows Server,VMWare server (Installation / Configure) Optional - Linux or Unix - Database in Microsoft SQL DB, Oracle
Experience in mail sever eg.HCL Domino sever/Lotus note
Experience in Network , Router and Firewall eg. Fortigate/Fortianalyzer/Cisco
Experience in Backup Software and Antivirus software
Knowledge about PC Technical Support eg. Installation , Solve any problems of PC issues, priters,Upd,Network.
Good command of both written and spoken English
Can communicate with oversea support
Knowledge to use tools development eg. Crystal Report
Experience to support ERP system at Factory will be an advantage
