Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
•To communicate with export customer , forwarders and carriers to booking vessel space and export SATL’s products to customer before CY-cut date.
•Follow S.I from Japan ( production planning) and sale control for shipment process.
•Daily check the product result compare with production plan.
•Check Production Plan and customer's Shipping Instruction to match the shipment schedule.
•Issue Shipping doc SI to WH Invoice, Packing List to Shipping (Export Declaration)
•Monitor vessel performance schedule, then confirm SA data (billing) in SAP system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Logistics Supply Chain, Business Administration or related.
- Good in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command in English.
- Knowledge in Import & Export, Freight Forwarder, Administration or related fields.
- Good Team work and able to work under pressure with limit time schedule.
