Job Descriptions

Job description Establish and control quality inspection standards. Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action Analyze and Improve new models, In-process defects, QC reject, and Customer complaints Analyze how the variation within the measurement process contributes to overall process variability Coordinate with the customer representative on all quality matters Participate in the site's internal and external site audits Review the customer's specifications and undertake relevant training for the QC inspector Summarize Quality weekly and Monthly reports to the Superior Implement and Maintain ISO9001/IATF16949 Another job from a Superior assignment

Qualifications

Degree or above in Electronic or equivalent disciplines
At least 5 years relevant working experience
Knowledge of quality control tools and electronic circuits
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Good command of both written and spoken English

26–35 yrs.
Graduated in Electronics Engineering or any related field At least 5 years of experience in the quality field, especially in the electronics and manufacturing fields.
Experience working with QA&QC Tools Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and SPC) and Other
Good knowledge of any tools and competency in the QA function to support customer satisfaction.
A good command of English or Chinese language will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills are needed to influence the production line to follow the quality system.
