Job Descriptions
1.Customer data registration:new, revised,review customer data once a year.
2.Subcontractor data registration:new,revised,evaluate subcontractor every 2 years.
3.Transportation cost:
3.1 request quotation from subcontract about transport cost at least 3 vendors.
3.2 record transport cost in control sheet
4.Transport controller
4.1 create truck booking for import shipment at BKK Branch.
4.2 arrange consolidate truck for air shipment
4.3 check subcontractor's invoice before passing through account department.
4.4 record transport cost of air shipment
4.5 follow up subcontractor's invoice
5.Packing Material
5.1 request quotation from Subtract about packing material cost
5.2 Issue P/O to subcontract
5.3 arrange delivery plan of packing material to customer
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช ปวส ปริญญาตรในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ คอมพิวเตอร์ MS.Office(Excel,Word ,Power point ได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณืด้านการนำเข้าส่งออกจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
