Job Descriptions
- ดูแลลูกค้าหลังการขาย ให้บริการลูกค้า ทางออนไลน์/ทางโทรศัพท์ และการเข้ารับบริการที่โชว์รูม - ประสานงานเพื่อดำเนินงาน แก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าสร้างความประทับใจ - รับเรื่องร้องเรียน แก้ไขปัญหาด้านงานช่างเบื้องต้น บันทึกข้อมูลลงระบบให้ถูกต้อง - รับเรื่องแจ้งซ่อม/ชำรุด เพื่อประสานงานภายใน - รับเปลี่ยนและคืนสินค้า (งานเคลม) ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ พร้อมทั้งบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบ - ดูแลและติดตามสถานะงานซ่อมของลูกค้า เพื่อให้ส่งออกได้ตามกำหนดเวลา - อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย หยุดทุกวันเสาร์ (สัปดาห์ที่2และ3ของเดือน หยุด ศุกร์ เสาร์)
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25-30 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. วุฒิ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาช่างกล ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาอื่นที่มีความรู้ด้านงานช่าง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้าน Technical Services จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะในการเจรจากับลูกค้า
  5. มีความคล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว และยืดหยุ่นกับงาน
  6. มีทัศนคติที่ดี ใจเย็น สุภาพ และมีใจรักในการบริการ
  7. มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  8. มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  9. ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดี
