Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานของงานบริการ(Customer Service) ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด
- Monitor และ Coach ทีมให้บรรลุ KPI ที่กำหนด
- จัดทำรายงานและ performance โดยรวมของพนักงานให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาของพนักงานและจัดทำรายงานเพื่อแก้ไขและสงเสริมการบริการของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตาม KPI
- ช่วยเหลือและตัดสินใจปัญหาที่เกินขอบเขตการตัดสินใจของ agent
วันทำงาน : ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน
เวลาเข้างาน: 9.00-18.00
สถานที่ทำงาน: MRT พระราม 9
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 6 เดือนในสายงาน QA Call Center / QA Non voice
- **สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี**
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
