Job Descriptions
1.Ensure that Human Resources systems, policies and procedures are aligned with business strategies and organization’s direction. 2.Maintain good relationship with employees to ensure loyalty to the company 3.Manage compensation and staff benefits program including leave management. 4.Develop and implement performance appraisal and performance management systems for all levels of staff in line with the company objectives. 5Overseeing and manage all administrative activities of the company, ensuring that all work processes are maximized for efficiency. 6Submit annual manpower budget on time and monthly monitor to ensure that all expense will be within the budget. 7Understands and creates the employee value proposition for the organization that will drive engagement, motivation to deliver optimum performance for the business. 8Focuses of all aspects of Human Resources Development includes such opportunities as employee training, employee career development, performance management and development, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, key employee identification, tuition assistance, and organization development. 9Support Management in all labor related planning and managing duties 10Manage recruitment and selection activities to meet the manpower requirements of all the departments. 11Assess short and long term training needs as well as plan and direct training and development program to raise the competency of employees. 12Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover determinants and implement appropriate corrective actions. 13Act as internal consultant to department manager in order to resolve complex people issues, including compliance cases, disciplinary actions, employee conflicts & code of conduct violations. 14Administer local salary review, merit increase, variable bonus communication and implementation. 15Coordinate closely with each department manager, and increase employee’s satisfaction and retention rate 16Support further building company HR p
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science Business Administration, Management, or related field
  2. Strong understanding of the HR practices
  3. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  4. Excellence communication & inter-personal skills. 
  5. Positive attitude, mature, detail-oriented, high responsibility with result-driven
  6. Good people management and coaching skills.
  7. Efficient in driving an individual and team performance.
  8. Solid knowledge of Thai labor law and occupational safety rules
  9. At least three five years experience in conducting HR tasks including recruiting
  10. Caring approach to employees' personal problems
  11. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics (HRD&HRM).
  12. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  13. High level of social skills in dealing with employees
  14. Good command of English and computer literate.
