หน้าที่โดยสังเขป ตำแหน่งนี้จะทำหน้าที่การประสานงานระหว่างผู้รับเหมาขนส่งกับลูกค้า การจัดการตารางการจัดส่ง โดยใช้ระบบ Transporeon และ Web Express และการทำงานที่โรงงานประกอบรถยนต์บางนา กม 25 ประสานงานกับทีมคลัง จะมีหน้าที่ในการโทรประสานงานติดตามการจัดส่ง ตรวจสอบ trip การจัดส่ง รายงานประจำวัน เข้าร่วมประชุม KPI รายเดือนกับลูกค้า หน้าที่หลัก -ประสานงาน sub-contractor กับ ลูกค้า -ใช้ note book เข้าถึงโปรแกรม Transporeon and Web Express ในการทำงาน -วางแผนจัดส่ง และติดตามการจัดส่ง -ตรวจสอบเที่ยววิ่ง ใน โปรแปรม Excel -ทำ KPI ส่งลูกค้าประจำวัน -ทำสรุปเที่ยววิ่งเพื่อวางบิล -ประจำที่บางนา กม. 25 -อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficient in the use of logistics software systems like Transporeon and Web Express.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site and coordinate with various teams effectively.
Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
