Job Descriptions
- Being responsible for all quality management activities. Leading the plant quality functions working to meet our customer demands and satisfaction through quality team function and quality leadership influence. - Handling the validation of QMS through QMS audits, responsible for leading both internal and external quality audits Ex. UL, SMETA,Home depot,ISO 9001 ect. - Controlling and providing the supervision of Process Quality supervisor /Quality Supervisor and system. - Execute, jointly with supplier, customer for continuous improvement programs such as SPC,FMEA, 8D report, QC 7 Tool, Control Plans. - To ensuring product compliance with related standard customer requirements and related quality process capacity include test bench to achieve on time delivery -Developing and analyzing the statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product and set up KPI with follow achieve. -Developing and implementing methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures and progress reports, in order to inform management of current status or work activities and planning, promoting, and organizing the training activities related to product quality and reliability
Qualifications
  1. Man/Femal 45 year old up.
  2. Bachelor degree of Electronic Engineering in any related field.
  3. Good command in English Language or Chinese Language will be prefer.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of the quality system machine in quality control
  5. can communicate in English or chiness
  6. Have experience at least 8 years of Quality Engineer, Quality Control for Manufacturing.
  7. Have good knowledge of basic calibration and measuring equipment.
  8. Have a good knowledge of drawing.
  9. Have skill in 8D report, problem-sloving and root cause analysis.
  10. Development process and product
  11. Ability to work in a team and collaborative skills.
  12. Have been trained about basic safety rule, quality awareness, waste management, resource use, chemical control, communication, environment policy, 5S and emergency plan.
  13. Handling the validation of QMS through QMS audits, responsible for leading both internal and external quality audits Ex. UL, SMETA,Home depot,ISO 9001 ect.
  14. Execute, jointly with supplier, customer for continuous improvement programs such as SPC,FMEA, 8D report, QC 7 Tool, Control Plans.
  15. can start immediately
  16. work 6 day Monday-Saturday
  17. Experience Quality manager at least 3-5 years
