Job Descriptions
âĒMonitor multiple sales channels (Line, FB, website) and respond to inquiries
âĒServe customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
âĒMaintain and update our CRM database (leads and sales)
âĒMaintain active relationships with customers/students through Line@
âĒPrepare regular sales reports
âĒCoordinate sales efforts with marketing team
âĒRecommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

Qualifications
- Thai nationality only
- Must have your own computer
- Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

- The ability to learn and adapt to new workflows and digital processes
- English language proficiency (one of our founders is American)
- Experience with customer databases (we use Airtable) is a plus
