• ตรวจสอบ ฟังไฟล์เสียง ดูแล วิเคราะห์งานควบคุมคุณภาพการขายประกันภัยรถทางโทรศัพท์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดทำรายงาน และสรุปผลต่าง ๆ
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (ทำงานกับธุรกิจประกันจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms.Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาและวันหยุดได้ในบางครั้ง
