Job Descriptions
-Prepare & check import document for customs clearance process. -Dealing with customer, vendor, government agency, shipping and other concerned party. -Problem solving in order to support shipment smoothly and on time. -Prepare & request expense for pick up D/O. -Issue PO, pay to vendor transport/customs clearance/liner. -Create delivery plan/booking truck and update delivery status to customer.
Qualifications
  1. Age 22 - 35 years.
  2. Diploma - Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, International Business or other relevant field.
  3. At least 3 years experience in ฺlogistics or freight forwarding business will be advantage.
  4. Having knowledge about import shipment process, import License will be an advantage.
  5. Proficient in MS office : Excel
  6. Fair command in English skills.
  7. Fast learning. Able to work under pressure and have problem solving skills.
  8. Able to work multi task.
  9. Working day: Mon. - Fri.
